Raspberry Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. raspberry vinegar
    1/3 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. raspberry jam
    1 head leafy lettuce
    1 c. Feta cheese or Blue cheese, crumbled
    1/2 c. Filbert nuts or your favorite type, chopped
    1/2 c. carrots, chopped
    scallions
    cucumbers
    tomato slices
    poppy seed (optional)
Preparation
    Combine and serve on leafy lettuce.
