Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Soak nuts in vinegar.
Mix together sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla. Then add coconut, raisins and pecans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
(Do not overbake.)
