Ice Cream Cake(Make Night Before Serving) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. ladyfingers
    12 Oreo cookies
    1 stick butter
    1/2 gal. favorite ice cream
    Smucker's chocolate topping
    1/2 gal. Cool Whip
    crushed nuts
    cherries
    3 c. flour
    2 sticks butter, softened
    6 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    8 oz. sour cream
    nuts or maraschino cherries (optional)
    4 c. sliced peeled apples
    2/3 to 3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. oats
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/3 c. margarine
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. margarine
    2 1/4 c. granulated brown sugar
    3 eggs
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt margarine and add brown sugar.
    Stir until well mixed. Add one egg at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add flour, baking powder and salt, then mix in vanilla and chocolate bits.
    Pour into greased pan, about 10-inch.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
