Hot Sweet Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slices lean bacon
1 small head cabbage, sliced very thin
1 stalk celery, diced
1 egg, well beaten
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cut bacon into small pieces and fry, but not too brown.
Add cabbage and celery; turn frequently just enough to absorb fat, not too brown.
