Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 small pkg. dried beef
    6 to 8 green olives, chopped
    1 to 2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese.
    Cut dried beef in small pieces, mix with cream cheese, olives, horseradish and Parmesan (if desired).
    Form into a log or ball.
    Refrigerate.
    Serve with favorite crackers.
