Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 large eggs
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped and peeled apples
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Blend sugar, eggs, vanilla and oil.
    Use electric mixer for this, but stir in chopped apples by hand.
    Sift dry ingredients together; blend into sugar mixture.
    Pour into greased and floured Bundt cake pan.
    Bake for 1 hour, or until done, at 350\u00b0.
