Sour Cream Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and sliced
1/3 c. Italian salad dressing
4 hard-boiled eggs, separated
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. hot horseradish mustard
1/3 c. sliced green onions
Preparation

Pour salad dressing over hot potatoes.
Stir to partially mash potatoes.
Add finely chopped egg whites.
Sieve egg yolks and mix with mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard. Stir into potatoes.
Add onions.
Salt as desired. Serves 6 to 8.
