Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 large onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 c. Minute rice, uncooked
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese, broken up
    1 bunch broccoli, cooked and drained (can use frozen broccoli)
    40 Ritz crackers (about 1 pkg.), rolled
    1 stick oleo, melted
Preparation
    Saute 1 stick of oleo and onion until onion is tender.
    Place cream of chicken soup, Minute rice, Velveeta cheese and broccoli in a greased casserole.
    Add onion.
    Pour 1 stick melted oleo over Ritz crackers and sprinkle on top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
