Boiled Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 qt. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Over low heat, stir constantly until thick but do not boil. Add 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
