Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. squash, cooked
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 eggs
    1 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 stick oleo
    2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. grated cheese (sharp)
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender before measuring.
    Drain off water. Add oleo, salt, pepper and milk.
    Mix all together, then add beaten eggs, onion, cheese and cracker crumbs.
    Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake (uncovered) at 375\u00b0 about 40 minutes.
