Hot Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 lb. ground beef (or turkey)
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain completely.
    Melt Velveeta cheese. Add tomatoes and meat and enough juice from can to dip consistency. Keep hot in
    chafing
    dish.
    Serve\twith corn chips or crisp crackers.
