Cheese And Green Chili Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
    6 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
Preparation
    Combine cheeses, eggs and milk.
    Line 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish with chilies and cover with the mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Cool and cut into bite-size squares and serve.
    Cut into larger pieces for a first course or use as a luncheon dish.
    Serves 6 to 8. May be frozen and reheated.
