Fluffy Buttercream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 heaping c. sugar
    1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter or 1/2 c. shortening (Crisco)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. hot milk
Preparation
    Put first 3 ingredients in mixture bowl and beat until thick and creamy.
    Add milk gradually, a tablespoon at a time.
