Shipwreck Picnic Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced raw potatoes
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 c. creamed corn
    1 c. yellow-eyed beans
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Butter a very large casserole dish (3 to 4-quart).
    Layer ingredients as listed.
    Meat will be in center.
    Season each layer to taste with salt and pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours (longer if cold).
