Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 1) can salmon, flaked (2 c.)
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. finely grated onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 fine dry bread crumbs or 1 c. mashed potatoes
    3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Combine
    ingredients
    (do
    not\tdrain
    salmon),
    except additional crumbs and margarine.
    Mix with fork until blended. Shape into 9
    patties,
    using 1/4 cup each.
    Flatten slightly. Dip into
    additional
    fine
    crumbs.
    Preheat
    frypan
    to 320\u00b0. Melt butter.
    Add patties; brown, turn and brown on other side (about 10 minutes total).\tServe with chili sauce or catsup or tartar sauce.
    Garnish with parsley.
