Oven Fried Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. finely crushed Cornbread Stuffing mix
    1/2 tsp. Salt (peppered seasoned)
    1/4 tsp. Dried Thyme Leaves
    2 Tbsp. Milk
    1 Egg
    4 Boneless Pork loin chops (1/2 inch thick)
    1 c. Chunky or Homestyle Applesauce
    12 c. canned whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425 degrees. Spray 13x9 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. In shallow bowl combine crushed stuffing, seasoned salt, thyme. Mix well. In another shallow bowl combine milk and egg, beat well. Dip pork chops in egg mixture; coat
    well with crumb mixture. Place in sprayed pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and no longer pink in center.
