Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour
1 pkg. (3/4 to 1 oz.) chicken gravy mix
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 c. water
6 skinless chicken pieces, seasoned with salt and pepper
4 medium carrots, sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
