Wacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sifted flour
6 Tbsp. cocoa
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. cold water
3/4 c. salad oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray sheet pan with Pam.
Sift flour onto wax paper with sifter.
Measure flour and put into bowl. Measure other dry ingredients and sift them into the bowl with the flour.
Stir dry ingredients together.
Make a well in the center. Add oil, water, vinegar and vanilla; mix thoroughly.
Pour onto greased sheet pan.
Bake 20 minutes on middle rack.
Sift powdered sugar on top for icing.
