Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni, cooked and drained
2 c. grated cheese (divided)
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
Layer half of cooked macaroni in bottom of casserole.
Top with half cheese and half onion.
Repeat layers.
Combine egg, milk and salt in small mixing bowl.
Pour over macaroni.
Sprinkle with paprika; dot with butter.
Bake 40 minutes.
Let set 10 minutes before serving.
