Ingredients

1 3/4 c. scalded milk
1 tsp. salt
3 beaten eggs
1 pkg. yeast
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. oil
2 1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Mix all until smooth. Cover and let stand about 1 hour before frying.
