Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer, cut up
    3/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Coat chicken with flour and seasoning.
    Dip chicken in combined eggs and water; coat with combined crumbs and cheese. Place on rack.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
    Is very crisp.
