Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium head of lettuce
    1 medium onion, diced
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese (or more)
    1 regular size bag of tortilla chips
    tomatoes, cut in cubes
    1 c. Catalina French dressing
    1 c. mild Ortega taco sauce
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain excess fat; cool well. Combine lettuce, onion, cheese and tomatoes. Mix well. Crush chips into bite-size pieces. Stir in chips and beef. Just before serving, combine Catalina and taco sauce. Pour over salad.
    Mix well.
