Italian Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. regular rice
    1 small clove garlic, chopped fine
    1/4 lb. Genoa salami, sliced thin and chopped
    20 oz. chicken broth
    mushrooms (fresh or canned)
    1/8 to 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    parsley to taste
Preparation
    Saute rice and garlic in the butter until golden brown.
    Put in a 2-quart casserole.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    May be doubled.
