Oatmeal Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. quick or regular oatmeal
    1 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 to 1 c. blueberries (drain if you use a can)
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Add milk, egg and oil.
    Mix until just moistened.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Fill 12 greased medium-size muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven about 20 to 25 minutes.
