Fruit Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick
    1 egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 large tub Cool Whip
    1/3 c. sugar
    assorted fruits (watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries, kiwi fruit, etc.)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    apple jelly
    coconut
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, then add Cool Whip.
    Put on cooked base and arrange fruits.
    Mix vanilla and apple jelly and brush on top of fruits.
    Sprinkle on coconut.
    Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
