Holiday Ham Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
3 oz. orange juice
3 oz. brandy

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together.
Glaze ham with this mixture every 15 minutes for the last hour of baking.
