Layered Italian Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 tsp. chopped parsley
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    8 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
    2 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef,
    onions
    and
    garlic in skillet. Drain fat. Stir in tomato
    sauce,
    parsley,
    salt
    and
    oregano.
    In
    8 x 12-inch shallow
    baking dish, layer the spaghetti, meat sauce, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese. Top with Parmesan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 5 servings.
