Walnut Meatballs And Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. breadcrumbs
3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 pkg. dehydrated French onion soup
1/2 c. boiling water
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Mix beef, walnuts, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs and salt.
Mix well.
Form meatballs; brown in skillet.
Mix soup mix with boiling water.
Pour over meatballs in baking dish.
Add more water if needed to cover completely.
Place in oven at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
