Cherry Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Blend ingredients well (except wafers and pie filling). Place 1 vanilla wafer in a cupcake cup.
Spoon in mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Top with cherry pie filling.
