Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. yeast
1 1/4 c. water
1/2 c. honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 to 2 c. unbleached white flour
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. warm blueberries
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Dissolve first
three
ingredients
in a small bowl and let sit
for
10 minutes.
Mix remaining water, honey, vanilla and salt
in
separate
bowl.
Fold in flour, warm blueberries and nuts.
Put into sprayed muffin tins.
Let rise 10 minutes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
