Fudge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. plain flour
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Melt butter in medium saucepan; remove from heat. Add cocoa, sugar, eggs, salt, flour and vanilla. Beat well.
    Pour into a well-greased 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool.
    Serve plain or top with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
    If served warm, spoon into compotes.
    If chilled, cut into wedges.
    Makes 6 servings.
