Little Applesauce Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. applesauce
1 3/4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, then add applesauce and rest of ingredients.
Stir just enough to moisten.
Put in muffin cups and bake in preheated oven at 425\u00b0 for about 15 minutes or until golden.
