Baked Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 good size eggplant
    tomato sauce
    Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    2 to 3 eggs
    bread crumbs
    1 tsp. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Slice eggplant thin.
    Mix egg with a little milk.
    Dip eggplant into egg mixture, then into bread crumbs.
    Fry both sides for approximately 3 minutes total.
    Then put into a greased casserole dish.
    Cover with sauce and top with shredded Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake 1/2 to 1 hour, just until heated through.
