Sweetheart Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 small jar cherries
    1 c. pecans
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 pkg. Dream Whip
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cherry juice
Preparation
    Heat pineapple and sugar.
    Dissolve gelatin with 1/4 cup water.
    Add to pineapple and sugar mixture.
    Mix lemon and cherry juice with cream cheese.
    Add pecans and cherries to mixture. Whip cream and fold in.
    Let stand at least 2 hours.
