Best Banana Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) box vanilla wafers
    1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
    2 pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    6 ripe bananas
    1 pt. whipped cream (optional)
Preparation
    Make pudding by box directions except use only 3 cups of milk plus the Eagle Brand milk.
    Mix lemon juice and bananas together. Stir Cool Whip into pudding mixture.
    Then layer in serving dish as follows:
    wafers, bananas, then pudding.
    Extra delicious if you top with a pint of fresh whipped cream.
    Chill before serving.
