Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/3 to 2 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 1/2 c. fresh blueberries
Preparation
    Sift 2 1/2 cups flour, baking powder, salt and 1/2 cup sugar. Add next 3 ingredients and mix only until dry ingredients are dampened.
    Mix berries with 2 tablespoons flour.
    Fold in berries. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3's full.
    Sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serve with lots of butter.
    Makes 16 to 24 muffins.
