Eye Of Round Roast(The Low-Fat Way) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    roast
    potatoes, carrots, onions and celery or your choices
    1 large can stewed tomatoes (salt-free) and 1 large can water
    pepper, celery seed, garlic and bouillon (salt-free)
Preparation
    Trim all fat from roast.
    Place in roaster.
    Add potatoes, carrots, onions and celery or your choices.
    Pour tomatoes and water over all.
    Season with pepper, celery seed, garlic and bouillon.
    Cover.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours until done.
