Chicken Casserole #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer
    2 small onions
    1 box long grain and wild rice
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook chicken and remove from bone.
    Keep 1/4 to 1/2 cup broth. Saute onion in butter until tender.
    Cook rice.
    Combine chicken, broth, onion and rice with 2 cans soup.
    Top with stuffing mix and cook in greased casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
