Slow Cooker Barbecued Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 lb.) beef brisket, trimmed
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 Tbsp. onion
    3 oz. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Sprinkle brisket with garlic powder, celery salt, onion powder and liquid smoke.
    Place in oven-cooking bag.
    Seal bag.
    Pierce bag once.
    Place in slow cooker.
    Cook on low for 13 to 18 hours.
