Cauliflower - Carrot - Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head of cauliflower
    1 bunch of broccoli
    1 bag of carrots
    2 - 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine
    1 teaspoon of dry mustard
    1 tablespoon flour
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 to 1 cup of Velveeta Cheese, cut into cubes
    salt and pepper to taste
    Regular white or wheat bread, 6 to 8 slices cut up in small cubes
    1/2 cup butter melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Chop up all your vegetables. Bring to a boil and cook until tender. Melt 1/2 cup butter in a pan. Put bread cubes in the butter, making sure that all the cubes are covered good with butter. Set aside.
