Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. yellow corn meal
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 egg whites or 1 egg
Preparation
    Grease pan.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Pour batter in pan and bake 20 to 25 minutes.
    Use an 8 or 9-inch baking pan.
