Hominy Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can white hominy
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. diced celery
    1/4 can drained pickle relish or olives
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Drain hominy and add all ingredients.
    Chill well.
    Serve on lettuce; garnish with tomato wedges.
    Add more mayonnaise, if desired.
