Low Country Marinated Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cooked, peeled and deveined medium or large shrimp
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 c. dry red wine or 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 large onion, minced
2 bay leaves
2 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. Tabasco hot sauce
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl (except shrimp). Add shrimp.
Make sure all shrimp are covered by the mixture. Cover the bowl and place in refrigerator overnight.
Serve with cole slaw or potato salad. Great for picnics or cookouts.
