Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. lemon rind
    3 egg yolks
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 baked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cornstarch and flour.
    Add boiling water.
    Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Add some hot mixture to beaten egg yolks, then add yolks to flour mixture.
    Add butter, lemon juice and rind until thick.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
    Cool.
    Use egg whites to make meringue.
