Shrimp Perlew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 strips bacon, broken into tiny pieces
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    2 onions, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. raw rice
    2 1/2 c. hot water
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. shrimp
Preparation
    Fry bacon and break into tiny pieces.
    In same pan saute the bell pepper, celery, onions and salt and pepper until it becomes clear.
    Add raw rice, hot water and the shrimp.
    Simmer slowly, covered, about 30 minutes.
