Pineapple Cheesecake(Heritage Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 pkg. lemon Jello
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 lb. graham crackers (crushed)
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Boil pineapple, add Jello.
    Set aside to cool and thicken slightly.
    Cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together.
    Add to Jello, pineapple mixture.
