Shrimp And Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chopped green olives
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    6 Tbsp. French dressing
    dash of black pepper
    3 c. cooked shrimp, cut up
    2 1/2 c. raw, chopped cauliflower
    3 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix mayonnaise, salt, pepper, lemon juice and French dressing together in a small bowl; mix well.
    Mix rice, olives, shrimp, onions and cauliflower in a large bowl.
    Pour dressing mixture over shrimp mixture.
    Mix.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
