Custard Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can pumpkin (2 c.)
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Combine egg and pumpkin.
Mix sugar with salt and spices and add to pumpkin mixture.
Blend in milk.
Pour into pie shell. Bake in hot oven at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 45 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
