Venison Oven Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    venison steaks
    flour
    cream of mushroom soup
    Kitchen Bouquet
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Pound steaks out, flour them and brown in skillet on both sides until brown.
    Season to taste.
    Layer steaks on a lightly oiled cookie sheet.
    Top with
    can or two of cream of mushroom soup with enough Kitchen Bouquet to brown nicely.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes until tender.
    Simple and delicious.
