Ingredients

1 1/2 c. white vinegar
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. pickling spices
1/4 tsp. salt
1 large ring bologna, cut into 2-inch pieces
Preparation

Mix the first 5 ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 5 to 8 minutes. Cool and pour over bologna.
Keep refrigerated.
